how to find us:
- if coming by bus, please use a taxi from the bus terminal. they charge $1.50.
- if coming by private transport, please follow these directions and print out a copy of the map below.
*directions coming from the west, e.g. quito, ambato, latacunga, riobamba, cuenca, guayaquil etc...
as you enter baños, you will see the bus terminal on the right hand side. from the terminal, continue down the main road towards puyo for approx. 1km until you get to barrio san vicente. turn left off main road to enter barrio san vicente. continue for 300m and you will reach a stone/dirt road (el camino real), before the paved road turns to the right. go straight down el camino real and we are 700m on the left hand side (the river side).
*directions coming from the east, e.g. puyo, tena, macas, etc...
after you pass the agoyan dam, continue up the road another 2km and you'll come to the small town of ulba. continue through ulba on the main road and you'll cross a bridge going over the rio ulba. continue up the main road and you'll go over 2 speedhumps. about 300m after the second speedhump, you'll see a petrol station (primax) on your left. directly opposite the petrol station is a road. turn right onto this road and continue up 200m. on the right hand side, you'll see a stone/dirt road (this is el camino real). go straight down camino real and we are 700m on the left hand side (the river side).
