booking policies

 

* after we confirm your request, we will require a deposit via PayPal or bank transfer, equal to the value of the first night’s stay, to secure your booking.  without a deposit, we cannot guarantee your room.

* cancellation:

-more than 14 days before arrival date, you’ll receive a full refund of your deposit
-7-13 days before arrival date, you’ll receive a 50% refund of your deposit
-less than 7 days before arrival date, no part of the deposit will be refunded

* a 5% fee will be added to all booking balances made by PayPal
